1. Services Provided
Leads Convert offers lead generation, outreach campaigns, and related services to businesses in the United States. Our services may include LinkedIn outreach, cold email campaigns, Upwork outreach, and other referral or white-label programs
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use our services. By using our site, you confirm you meet these requirements.
3. Use of Our Website
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with or disrupt site functionality
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use our site for fraudulent or harmful purposes
4. Payments & Fees
- Pricing and payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or contract with us.
- All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.
- Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Results & Guarantees
- Leads Convert guarantees a minimum of 15+ meeting-ready leads within 45 days, or we continue working for free until we deliver.
- We do not guarantee closed deals or sales conversions beyond booked meetings.
6. Intellectual Property
- All website content, branding, logos, graphics, and materials are the property of Leads Convert.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
7. Confidentiality
We may have access to sensitive information about your business. We agree to keep such information confidential and use it only for the purpose of delivering our services
8. Service-Level Agreement (SLA)
We aim to deliver high-quality service with predictable performance standards. The following commitments apply:
- Onboarding: Standard onboarding begins within 5 business days of contract signing and receipt of payment.
- Response Time: We will acknowledge all client inquiries within 1 business day and provide resolutions or updates within 3 business days.
- Campaign Launch: Campaign setup (targeting, list building, messaging) will be completed within 10 business days of onboarding.
- Reporting: Clients will receive progress reports at least once every two weeks during an active campaign.
- Uptime/Availability: Our web-based services (dashboards, forms, booking links) maintain 99% uptime excluding planned maintenance.
Note: SLAs are service goals, not absolute guarantees, and may vary by project scope. If SLAs are not met, we will work with the client in good faith to correct and improve performance promptly.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Leads Convert is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for services during the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate services according to the cancellation policy outlined in your contract.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our website or services means you accept any changes
